The frequency of sessions depends on the objectives. For a specific issue, we recommend a weekly treatment plan: 1 to 2 times a week to start. We reduce the frequency with the observations of the improvements. For muscular maintenance, a bit like physical exercise, suffice to find a regular rhythm, generally we see good results with a frequency every 4 to 6 weeks.
